In the movie 10th & Wolf set in February 1991, Tommy, a disillusioned Desert Storm marine, becomes frustrated with the US government's lack of action against Saddam Hussein. Frustrated, Tommy breaks some rules and is subsequently sentenced to hard labor. However, his prospects change when an FBI agent offers him a way out. Tommy is asked to return to his gritty hometown in Pennsylvania and help gather evidence on an Italian heroine dealer. In exchange for his cooperation, the agency promises to spare Tommy's brother Vincent and cousin Joey from arrest and imprisonment.
As Tommy navigates his loyalty to his family and his loyalty to the street code, he must confront the difficult task of reconciling the two. He strives to protect his brother and cousin while staying true to himself.
