Jéssica (Thati Lopes) is a simple young woman, dedicated to her job at an antique shop in Rio de Janeiro, but she feels her life lacks purpose. Everything changes when she finds a mysterious locket identical to an item she inherited from her late mother.

In order to pursue her dream of studying fashion in Paris, a country girl travels to Rio de Janeiro during Carnival to get support from a famous designer. She ends up finding love that could change her future.
